Founded in Amsterdam in 2013 , The Mercer Brand combines a passion for sneakers with a strong commitment to sustainability . Inspired by Mercer Street in New York, the brand reflects a vintage American style with a modern and responsible twist.
Each design, developed in-house from the sole to the laces , offers a unique and lasting identity. The Mercer Brand uses certified and eco-friendly materials such as Piñatex , grape or apple leather, and mesh made from recycled ocean plastic , all endorsed by PETA , the Global Recycled Standard , and the Leather Working Group .
